- Education:
- Trade Apprentice: ITI in relevant trade.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in relevant discipline.

- At least 18 years and at most 24 years as of July 31, 2024.
- Age ease: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 10 years for PwBD.
