- Education:
- General Manager (Finance): IRAS officers in Level-14 (CDA) or IDA E-8 grade, with at least 17 years of Group ‘A’ service.
- Addl. General Manager/Joint General Manager (Electrical): Officers of Electrical Engineering Department in Level 13-A (CDA) or IDA E-7 grade, with 12-14 years of Group ‘A’ service.
- Joint General Manager (Electrical): Officers in Level-13 (CDA) or IDA E-6 grade, with 8-12 years of Group ‘A’ service.
