Education:
- Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) in the relevant discipline from a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government.
- Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full-time) awarded by a university in the relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Engineering and Technology awarded by an institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
