HCL Eligibility Criteria 2024
To apply for the HCL Junior Manager posts:
Education:
- Mining:
- Diploma in Mining with 5 years of work and Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Mines, or
- Degree in Mining with 2 years of work and Foreman’s/Second-class Manager’s Certificate.
- Electrical:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical with 5 years/2 years of work, based on the degree.
- Finance:
- Grad with 5 years of work in the field or PG in Finance/PG Dip in Finance/ MBA in finance with 2 years of work, or
- Passed intermediate exam of Chartered accountants or Cost & works accountants with 5 years of work.
- Company Secretary:
- Graduate with 5 years experience, or
- Cleared final exam of Institute of Company Secretaries of India/UK.
- HR:
- PG Degree in HR/MBA in HR/PG Diploma in HR with 2 years experience, or
- Graduate with 5 years experience.
Age Limit:
- Max age: 40 years as of 1 June 2024.
- Age ease: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PWD-OBC (13 years), PWD-SC/ST (15 years), PWD-Gen-EWS (10 years), Ex-servicemen per India’s rules.
